Headlight Operation:
Press button to power on
With light on, press button to switch brightness settings
To switch between constant and flashing modes, with light on, hold button down until mode switches (light will appear to turn off before switching modes. not release is string_containing Dotton until mode changes)
Hold button down to power off.
